Our crane has modular construction, which allows you to equip the basic version (G) twith additional equipped like leveling (L) and arm brake (B) modules at any time of use.
Each module can be purchased separately and installed by customer according to our instructions.
Assembling can be done by our specialists and you will obtain a two-year warranty on the installed module.
We make a technical inspection of the crane on request. Inspection extends the warranty by a year.

Arm leveling system
During operation, when the device is not level, both the arm and the carried load begin to move inertly towards the ground inclination.
The operator is forced to continuously stabilize the movement of the load. While this is not a major problem on a relatively flat ground, increasing the inclination and the load on the arm will makes it much more difficult to work.
In result, it resembles pushing a cart at a large tilt.
Leveling the arm eliminates that difficulty, which makes the handling of the load easier, without fear that the cargo moves in uncontrolled way.
Used in USB 6 hydraulic leveling system allows you to level the arm from one place, by using the lever of hand pump. This activity can easily be repeated after each change of location of the trailer.
Arm brake system
Without the brake, the operator has to stabilize the clamp with own strength to prevent uncontrolled movement of the load. Even a leveled arm slightly moves in the direction of the tilt, which may occur even due to the deflection of the trailer tires.
While braking system is applied, the arm stops in the position in which it was left. At this point, the operator can leave the clamp without worrying that the arm moves by itself.
This function is especially useful during anti-swarming maintenance. The operator can remove the hive segment and block the arm.
After activating the brake, the operator can calmly perform the review at that time. Segment can be put back into place once the brake
is released.
But what happens if the operator forgot to release the brake? The brake was design to last under moderate arm load. The operator can rotate the arm with his own strength if it's needed, without releasing the brake. Disc- friction brakes were used for braking system to prevent any damage during this kind of operations. That makes them very difficult to damage.
